Halloween costume

This is a costume that Nannaine bought for Elise in Chinatown in New York City last year. It now fits her perfectly, and she had so much fun wearing it. Thanks, Nannaine!

Yes, I know she has a bruise on her forehead, a scratch by her eye, and snot dripping from her nose...but I still think she's cute!!!

We gave Elise some peanut butter to dip her apples in, and this is how it ended... The girl loves her peanut butter--like mother, like daughter!

Uncle JD's last weekend in town

This was Uncle JD's last weekend in town before he moved to New Mexico. We had so much fun hanging out and spending some good quality time with him and Nannaine! We miss you, Uncle JD! Can't wait to see you again next time!

Elise passed out at the beginning of the night. My Aunt Ann held her for awhile, but then I was resigned to a chair for the rest of the night. That girl's heavy!

Drinking her yogurt

Elise kept trying to drink her yogurt rather than use a spoon, so I added some milk to it and poured it into a cup, thinking it would be good practice drinking out of a cup. Needless to say, it was slightly messier than anticipated!
